No. Start with your company, decision-maker contact information, full service address, and walkthrough representative. Facility details and photos are helpful but optional.

How do you determine the recommended cleaning frequency?

We recommend frequency after reviewing traffic, facility size, restroom and breakroom use, floor types, operating hours, and cleanliness expectations. Options may include daily, several times per week, weekly, biweekly, or a customized schedule.

Can you work around our business hours and security requirements?

Yes. During the walkthrough we review daytime or after-hours access, alarm and key procedures, restricted areas, and contact protocols. The agreed access plan is documented in the proposal before service begins.

Can I upload facility photos before the walkthrough?

Yes. Photos of entrances, restrooms, breakrooms, floors, high-traffic areas, or problem spots can help us prepare. Uploading photos is optional and does not replace the on-site walkthrough when one is needed.
